At Partnered Thinking it goes without saying…

we are passionate about coaching!

Coaching today is global and cross-cultural and
in this uncertain, complex and competitive world, coaching is particularly important as a proven way
of developing people's skills and abilities, and of boosting performance through a thought-provoking and creative process.

We will take a stand for you, partner with you
and inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. As Co-Active coaches we approach with the belief that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. You are the expert in your life, and we honor that and focus on the whole person.

We believe it is important for client and coach
to consciously and deliberately design their working relationship and to redesign as necessary through to completion. This designed alliance will be unique to each coach-client relationship and represents the container within which coaching takes place.

The International Coach Federation states that an individual or team might choose to work with a coach for many reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  • Something urgent, compelling or exciting is at stake (a challenge, stretch goal, opportunity)

  • A gap exists in knowledge, skills, confidence
    or resources

  • A desire to accelerate results

  • A lack of clarity with choices to be made

  • Success has started to become problematic

  • Work and life are out of balance, creating unwanted consequences

  • Core strengths need to be identified, along
with how best to leverage them.

Professional coaching brings many benefits to
the person, the team and to the business: fresh perspectives on personal challenges, enhanced decision-making skills, greater interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence.

Coach Programmes

Current research proves that a coaching culture in
an organisation will deliver significant success and competitive advantage.

We have implemented coach programmes in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom and are well positioned to offer high value coaching services locally, regionally or globally.

We will partner with you in an innovative way
to think through, construct and deliver bespoke coaching solutions tailored to your specific individual needs – saving your organisation time and money.

Managers don't have to be trained formally as coaches. As long as they stay within the scope of their skill set, and maintain a structured approach, they can add value, maximise people talent and most certainly boost overall organizational performance.

We are skilled to:

  • Develop bespoke coaching programmes

  • Deliver your coach training

A one to one programme focusses on accelerating
the success of the individual engaging in the process.
As each intervention is bespoke, the experience and duration will be different for each individual

Target Audience

Team leaders, managers, key contributors:

  • Top talent who are good performers and who recognise that to be exceptional will require something extra

  • Leaders who have not invested in their own personal development and require swift focus
on key aspects that will make a difference

  • Individuals transitioning into new roles,
in critical roles or on stretch assignments

  • Leaders who are not getting the best out of people, where the team as a whole isn’t as effective as it could be

  • Someone feeling ‘swamped’ by any number
or variation of new ideas, techniques, implementations, etc.

  • Other…

Suggested structure

  • Stakeholder meeting with specific identified outcomes, held at the beginning and at the end
    of each individual programme

  • Designing an Alliance. Meeting between coach and client, clarifying process, outcomes, obstacles, etc. Granting power to the coaching relationship
