Colin Lees

Colin trained in the exciting world of Graphic Design and has been deeply involved in the design/visual communication industry for the past 20 years. Many years of experience were garnered working within The Body Shop UK division, in this highly dynamic environment he learned the importance of effective targeted communication when dealing with 250 retail outlets through out the United Kingdom. It was also a time where design proved itself to be a very powerful tool, not only in a commercial sense but also in social and environmental campaigning.

In 1998 Minky Design & Illustration was set up by Colin. He began to work independently and within a network of similar operators to meet graphic design needs of a variety of local and national clients of different size and across different sectors. Uniquely Colin has proven his skill and ability to successfully work and gain significant experience in many different environments including restaurants, opticians, veterinarians, corporate communications, pharmaceuticals, media, retail and live entertainment. Noteable clients included DHL, The Body Shop, BBC, Forster Company, Terre a Terre, Facilitate, Bill Kenwright Limited and Target Live.

Colin has exceptional networking and teaming capability and is very client focussed.  

He approaches each project with great attention to detail, listening to what the brief requires, then delivering ideas where he and the client often collaborate to a final design. Whether striving to balance visual communication with rigorous requirements set by a demanding brief, the client always remains at the forefront of what he does.

Gary Parkin

Gary is an HR professional with more than 25 years experience underpinned by a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Masters in Business Leadership. All of his experience has been accrued within global blue chip organisations – Anglo American, Accenture, Credit Suisse, Kimberly Clark – across various sectors and with many successful years leading teams in senior roles across multi-regional environments including the UK, Europe, USA and Africa.

Combining his academic qualifications with learning from senior roles in leading organisations, he has developed deep technical expertise around talent management, leadership development and coaching. Leveraging this knowledge and experience he is enthusiastic about sharing his understanding within the talent management area to support clients to successful outcomes. 

A core strength lies in his ability to partner with, lead and manage people ensuring organisational strategy is realised through focussed effort in the areas of talent management, coaching and leader development. 

He is results focused and able to develop and maintain relationships from board to lower levels. Tangible business results are achieved by combining his keen entrepreneurial nature, a drive for valuable outcomes and a hands-on approach.

Gary holds high a desire to ‘make a difference’ and has a particular passion for coaching, believing in the power of this skill to really make a difference! Coaching positively empowers individuals and organisations - realising full individual potential and improving business competitiveness respectively.

This deep-seated belief in workplace coaching is reinforced with his experience developing and implementing Coaching Programmes across the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom.
